| Pasional is a milonga held every Friday night at the Sara Dance Center 5000 Fruitville Rd. Sarasota FL. There will be both beginner (taught by Karen Bridegam) and intermediate/advanced level (taught by Dave Bridegam) tango lessons at 7:00PM Following the lesson from 8:00PM to 11:00PM there will be a milonga. The music will be in "Tandas" roughly following the form T,T,V,T,M,T,T,V,T,M,T,L,A,V,T,M,A,T where: T= traditional tango (classic 1920 to 1950 bands ----aprox 70% of T's or modern bands performing classic tangos---- aprox 30% of T's) V- vals M=Milonga A= alternative (nuevo or other modern tangos) L= latin break For more Information about any given week including what will be taught in the lesson: Click Here) |
